It's on the album "Let The Days Go By" - his debut on Island Records in 1974. Gott Discs of the UK paired it with the follow up album from 1975 called "Sunny Side Of The Street"- the CD came out in the UK in 2004 and I've reviewed it on Amazon. Unfortunately, it's deleted now and has gathered a considerable secondhand price tag.
