I love this book, it has to be my favorite. The ending was so freaking sad, but I can see why Conner did it, I just wish he wouldn't have... Even if he was just a fictional character in a book. & I love Tony and Vanessa, they were great! -3 The whole book was great! But, I love Ellen Hopkins & her books. -3

I just finished this book in school today...I could relate to Conner. Even though I'm a dude, i almost cried at the end. It kind of pissed me off when Vanessa stayed with Tony, but it was still the most breath-taking book I've ever read. I'm glad I can connect with other people who have read it as well. i think this book would be a good movie if it was ever made into one... and well all her books are good i liked them all impulse was my fav then i read crank and glass then burned and identical so... i think they are all good

@enviousimpulse i agree that this book is good but i dnt think a movie would do it justice. It would take an amazing director + great actors to capture its raw emotion. Most of the time when ppl make movies out of books, the books are way better.........i think that would be the case if someone made a movie out of this book.
