  • Awboutch, my response will be emailed to you since it is too long to post here. Let me just say, I second lortiberius, and the only one "twisting words" and using "scare tactics" are the liberal faggots that came up with this legislation.

  • 3) Do you think that it would be ok if I owned a business and I didn't hire or fired a person just because they are openly religious? You people say all the time that being gay is a choice and therefore we shouldn't get rights, but I believe that being religious is a choice, so with the same justification religious people shouldn't have 'special right.' Would it be better if I told that same person 'You're allowed to work here as long as you aren't open about your religion?'

  • 2) What does selling books have to do with upholding faith traditions? Does the bible tell you that it's ok to not give someone a job because they're different than you? As long as that person isn't having sex in your bookstore, I believe you're supposed to 'love the sinner.' Isn't that what you religious people tout all the time?

  • 1) I don't understand how you can say that this legislation makes owning a bible illegal, and I really can't understand how any person would find an anti-gay verse 'particularly meaningful.' This is just another one of the Republican scare-tactics...another twisting of words.
