Awboutch, my response will be emailed to you since it is too long to post here. Let me just say, I second lortiberius, and the only one "twisting words" and using "scare tactics" are the liberal faggots that came up with this legislation.
3) Do you think that it would be ok if I owned a business and I didn't hire or fired a person just because they are openly religious? You people say all the time that being gay is a choice and therefore we shouldn't get rights, but I believe that being religious is a choice, so with the same justification religious people shouldn't have 'special right.' Would it be better if I told that same person 'You're allowed to work here as long as you aren't open about your religion?'
2) What does selling books have to do with upholding faith traditions? Does the bible tell you that it's ok to not give someone a job because they're different than you? As long as that person isn't having sex in your bookstore, I believe you're supposed to 'love the sinner.' Isn't that what you religious people tout all the time?
1) I don't understand how you can say that this legislation makes owning a bible illegal, and I really can't understand how any person would find an anti-gay verse 'particularly meaningful.' This is just another one of the Republican scare-tactics...another twisting of words.
