awesome job and I know you cant make everything perfect but I just have to list 2 things wrong, Drizzt doesn't have the white fur thing on his upper chest and shoulders and one blade is a bit short (once again just saying, I know you cant make it perfect)
Yeah, that armor was probably the closest I could get it.
I said it before, but I wish this game had a SDK (software development kit) to create dynamic characters, rather than having the same faces/armor/voices repeated in other creations.
That way, I'd be able to model (or actually someone else, cause I can't mod for shit), his swords, to get the perfect Drizzt.
I thought doing him too, but I didn't like the "better" face they have to choose, and that is the Siegfried's type face...it seems to me a little quite female...that's why I didn't do a Drizzt, but now that I see yours, perhaps it's not that bad as I thought to put him that face, hehe....

I'm just thinking, because I made a few characters the other day, but I found I was repeating the same faces/armor/voices from my other designs. Don't get me wrong, you can create awesome things with it, but I don't think it's deep enough for a final game in the SC series.
I agree. It loses its spark after a while, and you just end up recycling. YOu should be able to make your own style. I thought 3 had a better one in terms of weapons, but not in armor.

First of all, nice on Drizzt's look. Second, if that were really Drizzt and Afro Samurai fighting Drizzt would never be touched. What you're saying is, if I posted a picture of Drizzt as he appears on the cover of the Dark Elf Trilogy, that would be enough to satisfy you? And what are you "right" about? You simply lack the imagination and intelligence to understand that I've made Drizzt to the best of my ability and as far as the GAME will allow.

You can make Drizzt in Soul Calibur IV. I did, dickcheese. Would Drizzt consider himself someone other than himself if he didn't have his precious scimitars? "Oh no, my scimitars are gone, how can I ever expect to defeat the likes of Taki and Voldo?" No. He's in Soul Calibur, a different world with different rules. But he's Drizzt, he could improvise.

Ah, I see you've completely avoided what I said in the previous comment. Scimitars are not essential to Drizzt being Drizzt. You could give him a spatula and he could still be a badass. awesome job and I know you cant make everything perfect but I just have to list 2 things wrong, Drizzt doesn't have the white fur thing on his upper chest and shoulders and one blade is a bit short (once again just saying, I know you cant make it perfect)

Yeah, that armor was probably the closest I could get it.
I said it before, but I wish this game had a SDK (software development kit) to create dynamic characters, rather than having the same faces/armor/voices repeated in other creations.
That way, I'd be able to model (or actually someone else, cause I can't mod for shit), his swords, to get the perfect Drizzt.

I thought doing him too, but I didn't like the "better" face they have to choose, and that is the Siegfried's type face...it seems to me a little quite female...that's why I didn't do a Drizzt, but now that I see yours, perhaps it's not that bad as I thought to put him that face, hehe....
Then I took photos with my cammera and upload to facebook...hehehe

This game is called Soul Calibur IV. It is the last one in the series (unfortunately), and it's only on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
I made Drizzt though, he's not actually a playable character. He should be though!

Come to think of it, does anyone here think the character creator in Soulcalibur IV is worthy of a final game in the series?
I'm just thinking, because I made a few characters the other day, but I found I was repeating the same faces/armor/voices from my other designs. Don't get me wrong, you can create awesome things with it, but I don't think it's deep enough for a final game in the SC series.

I agree. It loses its spark after a while, and you just end up recycling. YOu should be able to make your own style. I thought 3 had a better one in terms of weapons, but not in armor.

As excited as I am on the thought of a playable fighting Drizzt.. I REALLY don't like his voice, his swords, or his bulkiness. He sounds mean, too.. like "Kneel!" and "Don't Resist!".

If anyones played the soul reaver series..I always thought the voice or Raziel fit drizzt....so when I read the books I use that. I dont agree with this look though...to big and the swords are SOO wrong!

First of all, nice on Drizzt's look. Second, if that were really Drizzt and Afro Samurai fighting Drizzt would never be touched. Third, I agree with everyone about Drizzt's voice, an elf's voice is supposed to be melodic and higher. Not as you Lundarigirl put it as deep, gritty voice. other than that great video man.
