in the movie, Sosa and his associates were getting paranoid when a bolivian politican was about to expose sosa and the drug trade. So he asked Tony a favor to assasinate the bolivian drug lord in exchange of geting his charges drop.

But Tony fucked up the deal because he refused to kill kids in the car and the woman.

Tony hates the idea of killing. In the end of the movie. So sosa decides to ruin his empire for fucking up the assasination
