you probably practiced that song more than you had to. with the pick, curl your index finger and put it on the last joint and second segment so that you can get closer to the strings and you have a lesser likelihood of missing a string when skipping. also, if you curl the last three fingers in so your right hand "floats" above the strings, it gives you more freedom of movement. liked the video a lot by the way, i just wanted to see if anyone COULD do a cover of this song, you did it beautifully
