makeup of India merged with other arts of makeup she has transformed gives the feeling of strong features and intense eyes, very expressive, may seem too loaded or too much but is a fusion of Eastern and Western culture

@TheBellydanceVideos Ohh, don't get me wrong. I love arabic and Middle Eastern style makeup. But, I much prefer deep blended colors that open and brighten up the eyes to this. Of course I understand there are different styles for different people but I just not a fan of some, lol. But who cares as long as you like it right?...On the plus side, I do like your "sanctuary" =))

@purealba01 Keep in mind this is essentially "Stage makeup" which is made to be very dramatic for a reason. When on stage the features of the face are washed out because of intense lighting and distance from the audience. Heavy makeup in extreme highlights and shadows makes the performer's features stand out under these conditions.

What I meant to write in my previously removed comment was: The best way to exercise and learn is from DVDs and in the privacy and comfort of my own home, far away from unwanted strangers eyes! It sure works for me anyway! Besides, I dont want to become a professional! So I dont need belly dance schools and what not!
