i just got my talon a few months ago and i just rebuilt the motor in it and it seems like even when its in park and you push the gas it takes a while to rev up.. is this normal? it has the 4g63 and its a 96 model.. i cant get the idling down so i turned the biss screw which everyone says not to.. but i have to to keep the idle down.. anyone know how to fix this? if i adjust the throttle body down the throttle sticks!
