such a gentle soul. I miss playing music with Mark, he had a lot of really well writen origional songs. He could really tear it up on a lead solo too. I remember playing a Jimi Hendrix version of All Along The Watchtower with him a few years back and I tell ya what, he really nailed it that day.
Those giant hands of his would make these chords that would always amaze me. Lots of good music and lots of good fun, lots of great memories.

A reporter with The Canyon Courier is trying to do a story about Mark. I hear the reporter will be at The Lakeshore at 2pm on Friday 6/26. Knowers of Mark, please be there so they get the story right and spread the word about his poetry, the coming CD, the fund raising and the art piece effort.

I have seen and heard Mark Cairns in Evergreen many times, but I did not know that he passed. When did that happen? Indeed a loss.

Eleena, Mark passed last Friday evening. He will be missed by many.
There is a memorial for him tonight (Thursday the 25th) at the Icehouse in Downtown Evergreen from 6-9.
