when counter attacking make sure u have enough support so u dont get isolated, if in doubt kick it out. keep tabs with ur own 1st 5 make sure he covers u when u run with the ball. read the other teams first 5, try to make him feel like he has no space back there, also a thing that helped me alot was when i catch kicks, especially in nz coz its wet all the time i nver caught it facing square to the opposition, i got in a position where i was on an angle so that if i lost it it would go backwards.
