just got back fro kayaking Derwent water, 3 years to the date of your vid, The peaks that are visable on your video are Cats Bells, A climb that both Grandparent and Child can enjoy< Alfred Wainwright, he said something like that.
@JSUK14 You do not know what you have got till you lose it.. I work in Leeds and houses have got metal bars on there windows and doors, which are locked from the inside, do you have this where you live?. It’s depressing working in Leeds because its only 45 minutes from where I live, but I live in a nice area. Leeds is a very active lively City, but would you swap this for the Lakes? Take my advice there maybe money in the Cities but it is full of violence, theft etc, BORING CAN BE GOOD, somtimes
thank you Ian for this beauty! We lived near Keswick when I was age 8-10, 35 yrs later I remember it like 5 mins ago miss Cumbria so much, stuck in this godawful USA :(
Beautiful! The music goes so well. I was up in Borrowdale last weekend for a wedding (end of November)- very different conditions, but just as beautiful.
whoa! I just searched for Keswick about a day ago on flickr. I was there for three days when visiting England last summer. That town and surrounding is so beautiful. We also weent on the catbells hike. Even a little more strange I just bought a xh a1 as well. Good video.
I wen't here during my first semester at University. Some of the scenery is breathtaking.

best time of day is at dusk , tourists go back to the hotels and you get the place to yourself.
