i hate how people are soooo critical... i think when people arn't exactly "perfect" singers gives them an edge and i looove the sound of raw music... they have sooo much energy in there music... and the lyrics are great... how many singers write there own music these day's... I think these's guys are awesome and her voice isn't perfect but i personaly think it makes the music more real... I love some Merel Haggared dont get me wrong... but this is nice too.

I'm aware of the fact that CMT is an acronym for Country Music Television. IMO, DCC (that's Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders) "Making the Team" isn't exactly country music related either, but I get your point.

I totally agree with earlier post that the show was incredibly weak (compared to last one). The talent was terrible & I couldn't even tolerate it past show 2... These guys might have a chance on pop radio, but they are NOT COUNTRY. All I ask is for "Country" Music Television to play country music again. What a joke.

I agree. They need to bring real country back. What I really want is for the guys to still wear cowboy hats. George Strait, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney and only a few others are really "real" country in my book. All new country is more pop and rock sounding these days. I need my twang!!!

Some of Brad Paisley's stuff (on his albums, not the radio) are really country too...with twang and all! (reminds me of the stuff I listened to when I was much younger, lol) For some reason, they don't make it to the radio like the country-rock stuff does. Saw him in concert and lots of his stuff is true country. Even my father likes him!
