No, cause that would be 8 minutes too many for Youtube

There's probably an easier way to do it, but I used Roxio Video Wave, part or Easy Creator 10. I created a .jpg for each second, and set each .jpg to last for 1 second. The minutes are a seperate .jpg added as an overlay.
