Unfortunatelly many people "just keep doing" and don't get anywhere. I personally don't teach cold relaxed stretches for flexibility gains, without pre-stretching, warming up and even conditioning. That is if you are looking for flexibility and not just a cool down.
then what do u teach ?static stretch for long periods of time ?and i dont mean 30 seconds but minutes in the stretch ?or what ? pnf stretching ? please tell us
