  • It's a weird album. That's what makes it so good.

  • Wow! never heard this..only Sabbath could sound this good. It's as if the music is not backing the vocals but singing itself.

  • That guitar riff and tone...unreal! Love this song. Like a steady locomotive......awesome groove.

  • LONG LIVE SABBATH!

  • Damn the haters....this album kicks ass....impromptu jams 'n all....it's the heart of what Sabbath always were right from their humble beginnings...dig it.

  • @oldchick888 that broke my heart. :( I'm sorry for your loss.

  • Classic rock stations play Springsteen and it makes me want to take an electric bath.

  • you don;t like Sabbath if you don, tlike this ! effing stupendous ! stezyrezy

  • Black Sabbath JAZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • A lot of Sabbath fans don't like this album because it's not heavy but I think this is their best album.

  • @StoneyMcJuicyBuds you hit the nail on the head mate! stezyrezy

  • @StoneyMcJuicyBuds This one or Sabotage!

  • A definite "gem' of a track.... from a vastly underrated album...IMHO. A Killer tune that I've always loved....ever since buying the vinyl album. : ) Thanks 4 the upload. Very much appreciated.

  • @kneapoe51 so glad to see LIKE-MINDED comments! stesyrezy

  • Even Ozzy at one time had disdain for the album. It was recorded in Toronto in the middle of winter and the band was coked right out. but when it boils down, this is one great album!! Yeah Sabbath!!

  • I JUST now noticed that the A's in the Black Sabbath Logo are Triforces

  • @DarkRetroFan64 deep deep deep stezyrezy

  • Used to be my all time favorite Sabbath song. Still in my Top 10

  • it was appreciated by some of us!!!!

  • Great song!

    Very under rated.

  • Has anyone ever did a decent cover of any song from this album??

Don't say Black Label Society, because thier cover of "Juniors' Eyes"

stinks!!.Let me hear any new band cover "Air Dance" or this song

    They have'nt,because they can't!!

  • @AnnaAnnaYes Anna. Oi Anna. Yes.

  • @PortsmouthNoir I'm glad you agree LOL!!

  • THIS IS FOR MY HUSBAND WHO PASSED 49 YEARS OLD BASS PLAYER THIS WAS A SONG WE BOTH LIVED BY...........,LOVE YOU ALWAYS MIKE YOUR OTHER YOU.....

  • @oldchick888 You are in my prayers.Bless you Lady.

  • @oldchick888 49 years is a good age for a rocker. Remember, after 50 your body gets knackered anyway ;)

  • this is the song the beatles wish they wrote

  • @MrAAAAAHHH Yep,Sabbath did outdo the Beatles on this one .

  • buena rola

  • I was 15 year old when BS's first album was released. I followed their career though up to their 5th album. Recently I bought a double CD colletanea of their best songs and for the first time I heard this song. The colletanea is very good and most of the songs are from the first 5 albuns. I can tell however that A Hard Road caught me by surprise! The guitar riff, Ozzy's double vocal and the unique chorus at the end makes it the best song I know from Sabbath!

  • @sauerix For you... of course.

  • Yes I LOVE this album myself as well as Vol 4 Sabbath Bloody Sabbath Technical Ecstasy and Master of Reality The best years of Sabbath were the first 8 albums and the two with Dio IMO.

  • @Amorto1000 the mistake you made is after Ozzy left, Sabbath wasnt Sabbath. They should have been called Heaven and Hell from the outset. It is impossible to compare the two. If all four original members didnt start the band, Dio wouldnt have even played with them in the first place, so to compare them is ridiculous. Plus, by 1980 when Dio joined, there were lots of other innovative bands around, Sabbath were the first true heavy band to actually make an impact.

  • APOTHEOSIZOR'S WIZARD,ABSURURABO,TURNED ME ONTO THIS SONG BACK IN 006 WHEN I WAS OBLIVIOS TO THE WORLD AROUND ME AND STUDYING EARTH MAGICK.YES IT IS A HARD ROAD BUT 2012 IS ARRIVING IMMINENTLY AND KILLING JOKE IS RELEASING THEIR SOUNDTRACK TO THE 'CACLYSMIC EVENTS"[OR NOT} +LONG LIVE SQUIBAH=IYTS TRIABOLICAL! CHEERS! SABBATH BACK IN ACTION!!! \m/

  • never say die and technical ecstasy are such underrated albums

  • @BlackDiamond77100 Never Say Die may be my favorite album. Ever.

  • this song got the beach boys/beattles vibe

  • Has Black Sabbath ever released a bad album? Unless there's one I've missed, I'd have to say the answer is no...

  • By the time this record came out Ozzy had essentially 'calmed down,' re-found his unique voice, and the band was at their best as usual. A brilliant yet dark record. Love it.

  • The folks who said this album was bad are the same people who said The Elder was terrible; folks who make judgements solely on bias and don't even bother to actually give the songs a chance. Pricks.

  • geezer on back vocals !!!

  • @GabriHell23 Also, don't know if you knew this, but this is the only known recorded song is history where Tony Iommi contributes any type of vocal. The singing in the chorus is mostly him

  • CLASSIC BLACK SABBATH !

  • bad ass album cover

  • Who the hell would say Never Say Die was their worst album? This is one of their best in my opinion.

  • @MrCleanPolo I honestly don't understand those who think this album is terrible. It's got a handful of very good tracks.

  • @UBERJAVS only a true idiot would think it's terrible

  • All of todays singers have such boring monoshite autotuned voices, ozzy's voice had fucking character, no one can sing like he can. If modern chart music was an object, I would break it.

  • love the chorus!! in the end

  • this song is kool. yes, i love my friends. Hey, Ozzy how u doin?

  • Ozzys voice is perfect and hypnotic. Have u ever heard he has sang out of tune?

  • Best song on album, wait junior's eyes best song on album....no Wait Air Dance is, aww hell the whole album is lol. thanks soooooo much for the uploads.

  • never say die was my fave album! OZZY and band as incridible as always! moody and memorable! Bargoed memories again. stezyrezy

  • @stezyrezy Sheep shagger! I was working in a record shop in Pontypridd when this album came out and would then go head-banging in Cardiff (Smiley's nightclub). Cymru ac Sabbath am byth!

  • Man, I *LOVE* the tone/texture of Iommi's set-up in this song--but, then again, he always sounds great...

  • one of the few bands to do a crossover successfully imho. THey successfully went from heavy metal to just rock n roll and still sounded amazing. very underrated album.

  • I wore this album OUT each night during the summer after a long day body boarding at Mission Beach...I want to go back to 1978 DAMN IT!

  • @SD1Chargers Sounds like good times.I crank this album up on my turntable in my basement on Fridays before football.I'm 17 by the way and I love this album.

  • @dcfanchris Youre a young punk bitch but you got good taste in rock bitch.

  • @dcfanchris Hell yeah.It's good stuff.

  • Those Who Talk Bad About Ozzy Dio Sabbath Are Nothin But Rap Fad Freaks

  • Super!!! \m/

  • Technical ectasy was worst people not this one.

  • @jamirosmajicrocks Technical Ecstasy was AWESOME. Sabbath's worst album was Forbidden.

  • its a hard road from ozzy's last album but one of the best overlooked sabbath albums

  • A motherfucking MASTERPIECE, i can't believe this album wasn't appreaciated a its moment..

Even if you don't consider this song, and the album not so HEAVY as Sabbath normally sounds, you can notice something, its one of the best ROCK Albums ever to exist.

You can realize that Black Sabbath is not only the Best Heavy Metal Band (besides the first), but also the Best Rock Band EVER.

The proof you have it here in youtube, even the "worst album of Sabbath", is one of the best albums to ever exist.

  • @00JesusChrist ...agreed even ozzy stated that he hated this alblum...I disagree...each sabbath alblum is different and unique...this alblum is the top three of sabbath's collection to me...my father passed away the same year this came out...this alblum got me through a depression I hope no one ever has to expierience....to tony, geezer ,ozzy and bill... thank you fellas ,seriously thank you

  • @00JesusChrist A FUCKING MEN IT'S A MASTERPIECE!

  • @00JesusChrist ...agreed my brother...my dad passed away when this alblum came out... pretty rough year for my family especialy for my brother..he took it pretty hard when I heard this at a party I turned it on to him and promised him that we will always be cool and rightious and we will never be sad again...to this day that is what we do

  • @00JesusChrist

Everything the 4 originals done is the best BLACK SABBSATH !!

    another i love to sing along....BLACK SABBATH RULES !! ! ! !!

  • Wow i just experienced MUSIC! : )

  • This Vidio Is Fucking Kick-Ass !!!

  • Thanks yahoo worst 10 metal albums list for reminding me to listen to this masterpiece again. So fresh sounding, like they made it yesterday.

  • just cant beat this shit. no fucking way. thanks black sabbath! and SolsburyHill22 for puttin it up.

  • love this song!!

  • I LOVE this song. Brings back good ol' memories.

  • I can hear shades of the transition from Sabbath-era Ozzy to 80's solo Ozzy.

  • This is my favorite Sabbath song. It's got that kick ass Budgie/Uriah Heep groove going on that just gets me going.

  • with everything that is happening today it is like this song reminds us that in the end everything is going to be okay this song has a valuable message with a positive meaning, & fun to ROCK to. Too bad this song was never included with guitar hero

  • Thats right nothin sounds better than vinyl, and why do you think there bringing vinyl back!

  • I luv luv it!

  • this is a feel good kind of song, kind of tells you that no matter what has happaned in life ,everything is gonna be o k

  • this album kicks ass

  • @K3NJ1K1 thats fairly rude sir.

  • OOOH IT'S A HAARD ROAD! I love this song, Ozzy's singing at it's best…

  • I know Ozzy worshiped the Beatles, and this song reminds me of both "She Said She Said," and "Rain" in the very best ways...I can hear Lennon's influence in Ozzy's singing, and I'm sure Lennon was fond of their music, he had a wide and varied taste.

  • @undahousearrest That's exactly what I was just thinking. Fuck yeah.

  • A GREAT SONG THAT STILL JUST AS RELEVANT TODAY.

  • I can't understand why this isn't a regular rotation song on any RnR station.

  • @timmycrw91 Because radio BLOWS! Has for over 20 years! Hasn't been a good METAL playing station, in a long time. Corporations own it all, and tell you what to like. That is why you are here, listening to this. It is your way of telling the mind-controlling Mother Fuckers to KISS YOUR ASS! `Nuff said.

  • and people say that this was their worst album?? fuck that shit i love it!! Black Sabbath 4 ever

  • @Metal1998 to be fair, saying it's black sabbaths (with ozzy) worst album is like saying 5 blow jobs is worse than 10 blow jobs. IT'S STILL 5 BLOW JOBS

  • @Metal1998 Right On Brother!!

  • @Metal1998 I think their worst album was Born Again and even that album sounds awesome. Gillan only belongs in Deep Purple.

  • People say that this is the worst album because they hear from other people that know nothing about Sabbath that it is, simply because they strayed a bit from their original sound doesn't mean that it's bad... In fact, I love this album. Something different, why must people fear change damn it

  • @DivinityOfDoom I always liked the direction Sabbath was going.Horns and piano.True musicians

  • @Metal1998 this sounds slightly better than TE but c'mon all Sabbath records friggin rock!!!

  • @Metal1998 Amen to that brother. Fuck them for saying that.

  • @Metal1998

Sabbath's worst album is still awesome.

  • @Metal1998 Whoever says that is a fool!

  • @Metal1998 not the worse, the less good =p

  • BTW: People will still be listening to this when the NEW 80's come ' 2080 '

    Datz tru dat!

  • Very good song

  • I dunno if I still have it but I own this cd b4. I feel this one isn`t as well know as other sabbath cd and songs and this cd is awsome!

  • @Titsbongripsnbeer420 ... Greetings Fellow Sabbath Fan! ... Yah! I bought the LP when it first came out, 'cause I "grew up" listening to Sabbath. You heard me right! A 12" record LP, (good condition). Take it from a Japanese, (a Quality Control) operator who works for an Electrontic Company .... he said to me, "there is a difference between an LP and a CD sound .... but only the human ear can capture it. Not even an electrical device can do that." Take care Rock on!
