Ah grandia 2.. Been looking through my old games, trying to figure out what to go through again, and until now I had forgotten all about this one =o. Had to be reminded how it was... and what a great game it was.

loved the battle system, having all your characters at the end with dash is just great fun. =)

Still have it for my ps2, bought it with no idea what it actually was years ago, best gut feeling buy I ever did!

You just record your voice at the same time you're recording the video, then add the two together in an editing program (Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere, etc.).

The dodgy graphics aren't from playing it on the PS3; it's just a really poor port of the Dreamcast version. Still, if you can't play that version, this game is so good that it's worth putting up with the graphical errors.

No, I know it's from playing it on a PS3. I've played it on a PS2 before and it's not there. May still be a poor port, but it's not like those polygons are supposed to be stretched out like that.

@batman9502 Actually, having watched more of the video, you're right. The graphic glitches are even worse on the PS3. That's a real shame.

I loved this game when i was younger. I've been looking for it forever in stores now >.< I was SO CLOSE to beating the game, what do ya know, my brother gets pissed and decides he wants to break the game in half...Now I'll never know what happens :(

the dreamcast version doesn't have voices, i think. haven't played this game in years. i wouldn't say that skye is a small bird, he actually bigger than the average bird.

When you refer to the graphics being choppy, it's not your PS3, the PS2 version of the game is naturally that poorly ported.

There are tons of graphical glitches (notably the one with Roan and his teleportation knife) in addition to the MAJOR slowdown.

I don't think it's the worst port ever, but it's definitely very sloppy.

Actually, I don't recall Skye having a listed age. I just checked the PS2 manual and he doesn't, but maybe the Dreamcast manual says differently.

From what I've seen from this one video, you're doing justice to a good game. And it's good to see this game again, ever since my friend lost my disc.

By the way, if you Evade towards an enemy when it's about to attack you, you get the Sway effect on the first hit, and they miss on the second because you're already running to the designated point.

the creators of grandia 2 are retards!! i mean like they come up with the best fucking story in the whole legends of games and in grandia 3 the story doesnt continue? wth?! its just a waste of PERFECT story! this is the best PS game ive ever played and i really really wish they would continue this story so badly its just amazing i cant stop thinking about the story and the game and i dont got that on any other PS2/PS1/PS3 game! just pure amazing.
