  • Check out MICHAEL CHAIN BAND on Facebook to see what I'm up to now.

  • When I retire from music I can tell the whole story but it did chart . Radio stations split the play by spinning both sides of the record. "I'm Aware" was the flip side. Glad you like the 45.

  • Shoulda been a hit.Great song on a big label with a picture sleeve. What happened???

  • Thanks for listening and check out what I'm doing now on Youtube. Search: Michael Chain Band.

  • Thank you for uploading your terrific song, and thanks for creating this song so many years ago!

  • This video was just added to a music playlist at JustPlay.fm

  • The is the original Capitol recording artists the Knack. 1965 - 1969. Adios, adios.

  • The Original: LOS KNACKS are from Argentina. 1964/1971. Bye Bye

  • Thank you for uploading all those Knack's songs.

When I heard this song on a 60's compilation album, I thought most of your songs were already available on some CDs as this song sounds really strong.

But seems like most of the singles except this one are now sort of hard to find and haven't been compiled yet.

I wonder if there's any possibility that those songs would be reissued in any format...?

  • All original KNACK's songs were released only on 45's or EPs. We didn't believe in recording "filler" material and both sides of our singles got radio play. Rhino and some other companies have shown interest in releasing a full CD of KNACK songs. Check out my new songs on Youtube (search: Michael Chain Band).

  • Let's hope the CD will be available someday, hopefully in the near future...

I'm sure there's many potential fans who'd love to enjoy KNACK's sound!

  • Glad you like it.

  • I didn't know there was an older Knack. Nice sound...definitely a Hollies sound, and sound jangly Byrds-esque guitar.

  • I remember in 1968 Visiting My Aunt in L.A. my cousin had a Knack Album.. never heard of them in Detroit.. This song reminds me of the Hollies.. definately a Brit sound....

  • Nice song indeed.Until now,I had never heard any of their music. Thanks!!
