@antant999999 Thanks a lot bro, yeah this is what training is, to make it fun and thats the only way you will improve by doing different things in your workout
Damn dude, I really enjoyed watching all of your different training techniques. You obviously put a lot of hard work into it. Keep up the good work man,
Hi, Darius,it is Veronika, Russian girl, remember me? Anyway, I was watching some videos here and then found this one. I did not recognize you at first but then i saw your name. I am glad that you are determined. I wish you to win and bring home the gold.
You are a fucking badass. This video is the coolest thing I've seen in a while. Huge bonus points for using "The Final Countdown." How much weight was on the rack pull, one-arm snatch, and one-arm clean?
@SheafMaster Thx bro, my best discus is 64.56 meters and in Highland games my best event weight for height 17 feet and the 16 pounds hammer 132 feet, how is your training?
See this is the kind of training I find interesting. No fancy fitness center setting, no showing off to a big crowd. Just good hard work for the purpose of getting better. Mad props man, keep it up.
And I was wondering, what's your best throw in discus?
diy olympic training methods. Looks bloody dodgy. Are you aiming for a blue peter medal or what. Are you competing for britain or b and q? truthfully though, what are you? a discus thrower?
Now thats a workout ! Quick question though, i'm just starting to learn the discus and i have a tendency to release the disc off my middle finger instead of my pointer ( got the blister to prove it lol) How can i get more consistant on my release ?
dont worry bout that bud, i started the same way... it takes time to get used to throwing the discuss itself so ur hand isnt used to wat its suppose to do, ull see it took me around 1 year to get over the middle finger thing. trust me when i say ull do fine :P maybe not at this guys level but ull get there be confident
Oh my god I have to watch this before I work out this is truly inspiring thank you for the compilation. I've never before heard this song in a more appropriate setting.
Dude i have no doubt that you're an incredible discus thrower, but you definitely have potential as an olympian in weightlifting, maybe even strongman competitions. You're an incredible athlete
Cool looking video, but i hope a lot of it was just for the video because some of it looked like it was really just for this video and if done usually could injure you and was at limited extension which isn't good for strength training, but good luck in 2012 and in any strong man competitions you are in like seen in the video
Good luck to you on your quest for gold!! You look like you're in great shape. Those are some amazing workouts. I'm very impressed with your size and athleticism!! Stay focused, stay hard!!! "Whatever the mind can conceive, the body can achieve."
incredible, like someone else has said, i love the way you use oldschool methods of training, ill deffo be watching this vid a few more times, done well.
you are very strong and athletic, its fine to see a modern athlet who likes oldschool disziplines, its a fantastic video for motivation and inspiration. thank you for your vid...
