i am a baritone and me and my singing partner who is an alto did this for district solo and ensemble contest.. we got a perfect ballot but did not get best at center.. we cannot record our performances however
I am so impressed! Your articulation and sound placement is advanced for your age, IMHO. Keep it rounded--it sounds great!
And--YAY--the vibrato is coming from the right place! I've been singing for 25 years, and I just NOW learned not to make my vibrato with my chin. Good for you!
Ask your teacher (because y'all both surely have private coaches--or you should get some) about exercises to work on breath control and phrasing.
(I assume you won your room at the competition.) ;)
