@live2skate27 no, its a glitch, it can happen to anybody..the dude that killed him last had a spas..i know this because this happened to me once..whatever the dude killed you with..and when your watching the killcam you might press square too quick or something idk how it works but you'll end up having his gun but the game registers you as having your own gun.. only the appearance changes to his gun but in this end your shooting whatever your gun you have chosin from your classes.hard to explain

it happens by acciedent, its happened to me before. he had the intervention, then spawned on top of a spas, and pressing 'square' to respawn also picked up the spas but sometimes it glitches and gives you the look of the spas but shoots like the gun you had before.
