I drowned my petrol Landrover under TWO high tides whilst launching

my boat I had it towed back to the caravan site wash the disributor and

cleaned the plugs, with no water in the engine or fuel tank it started and

drove fifty miles back home needless to say certain dashboard dials

Bull. First of all That Land Rover doesn't have ANY electronics. Second, drain the fluids and go? You are clueless. Water is incompressible. Listen to it. Sounds like a bent connecting rod to me! Also, crank journals don't like water or silt. Hello, complete rebuild. That guy was a complete ass for ruining a perfectly good motor. Typical third world hillbilly entertainment.
