Awesome... I have never made taco salad before and I had company arriving at 6pm. I went to the store and made your salad, all in about 20 minutes. It was a huge success. Best salad I have ever eaten!!! Thanks for sharing.

You know, if you would take an extra 10 minutes and self prep the mushrooms, cheese, lettuce you could save about $10.
