I think you can get a DB reader for a car stereo. If you are a bass guy, I guarantee that you're not breaking 100 db since the only speakers that can do that won't fit in a car.

I'm guessing they have a city ordinance where you can't have loud noise after 10pm. lol We had some asshole neighbors who called the cops a few times because we were loud after 10pm, but it was a bloody wedding reception!! Come on, unless it's 1 in the morning, lighten up.
