I think that most of you haven´t ever heard opera and If you have you said, that this way of singing is bad and you want back the narural rock singer and now you admire the average(by myself) opera singer because she sings metal(by myself bad combination and bad result). I stopped listening to Nightwish just after Tarja left... I think Nightwish lost their style and unique identity without Tarja... I hope and I dream for a re-union day coming soon... And please stop comparing tarja with anette... just listen to the music before and after and think which you like most... Nightwish with Tarja just had a certain sound that was so unique and stood out to me so much that now i feel it can never be the same with Anette. I have seen Nightwish perform with both, Tarja gave Nightwish that extra little kick. Even though I respect Anette and understand that she is a good singer, she is just too "pop" so to speak. Nightwish no longer has the mysterious fantastic feel they once had with Tarja.

Dude when I read what you typed I was like "holy crap thats IT!!!!" now that I listen and compare Tarja and Anette.....Tarja sounds WAYYY better to me....she has that accent which makes it AWESOME but that of course isn't all that makes her better. Listening to her new stuff sounds....not so great.....it sounds way to much like some kind of pop music. But her voice is still Beautiful!

Lol, funny name, Popwish, and while is not entirely correct i have to say that some songs sound really like pop (Amaranth anyone?), to bad the most important metal band of recent years is going down, i mean, Anette could never transmit so much energy and power like for example, in this song.

I wish for the best for both Tarja and Nightwish and i pray that someday Tarja and Nightwish work again as a great heavy metal band.
