I remember I used to have a theory that GhostWriter was really Frank back in the past, just that he doesn't remember, and that book that GW first came out of in Jamal's basement was Frank's diary. Since this house is Jamals later on. It's been years since I've seen this so I'll have to wait and see if I still believe that theory. :)
