@FireboltAce I bought it at Apple Music in Portland about 17 years ago. They were a limited issue. However, I do believe Epiphone makes a newer version of this. Otherwise you could check Ebay for a Gibson.

wait, is it mahogany body with the carved maple top? or just a single piece of mahogany

@TheHuMoCa The body is solid mahogany. The cherry sunburst finish is a laminate, they did that back in the day to hide blemishes but, kept doing it because of popularity regardless of quality. The neck is mahogany as well barring the ebony fretboard.

@garytheagnostic It suites me quite well. I don't notice any differences in tonality, but it is naturally black instead of stained black. Therefore you don't wear it away to raw wood close to the headstock playing the "cowboy" chords. I've had a few acoustics that have had that problem :(

Awesome guitar man, I was wondering what gage of strings does Ace use on his guitar? If you have the signature guitar shouldn't it of come with a pack of strings, picks and stuff? Anyway I'm going to be getting one soon, I can't wait!

He uses .009s, super light strings. It makes sense too because most of his solos are entirely bends :)
