yeah that's the one thing i don't like about Yamaha boards, you have to select the right channel, and also turn on the EQ. I've done that a bunch of times too.

I like and APPRECIATE your "real world" examples because you not only show how to do it correctly but you also show us how to react when there IS a screw-up (which will happen to all of us); you did the same thing on your cable wrapping video and it was very helpful.
