How often would you drink the protein shake in a day? I will be getting my lap band fitted this Feb and started to panic.

Hey! In the first weeks weeks i was drinking the protein shakes every day...because i wasnt able to eat (x 2-3) ....but now i only have em for breakfast if im in a rush in the morining lol, i get all my protein from food now. How exciting you getting banded in feb...where will you be banded?

I am sensitive to it's sweetener so I only drink this at home.

I wish they would sweeten with other than sucralose!!

lol lol most things you can get in the supermarket but things like pain meds (we call em pain killers)...i kno there called different things in the USA. But i heard a lot of people using gas x strips but we dont have them in the UK. But im glad tums is universal to us both lol lol

GG! It is so funny to see the difference in products and names of things! In the US, we call "wind" just gas! LOL! I've been to Scotland and I remember Asada!! That is sooo cool! By the way, you can tell that you've lost weight sugar!! your face is slimming down! You are so beautiful!! :) Take care!!

lol it is...like u call the back of the car the "trunk" while we call it the "boot". You say "pants" but we call it "trousers" pants over here actually means mens underwear lol lol

Asda over here is what you call "walmart" they own asda in the uk. Its so funny!

yeah! it isn't too far away now! I get pre-op stuff done about a week before, but i don't need many tests apparently, just bloods the day before and ecg the day of!

I remember just getting my bloods and ecg done on the day of the op...i guess they do things differently in Belgium lol Im really excited for you!!

Each day that comes is a day less till the op!! wooo!! xx
