  • Love how that uneducated south side knuckle dragging neanderthal "dese, dems & dose" Mike Nort' chimes in at the end, & McMahon is like; "Who's this turd?"

  • i think i like men...

  • Jay Cutler is the best QB the Bears have had since Luckman. McMahon was always hurt and the Bears still won in the 80's because they had the greatest defense, running back and O-Line in NFL history. Give Cutler half of that and the bears would be a dynasty like they SHOULD have been in the 80's instead of winning only ONE title with all that talent.

  • @PRHILL9696

    True.

  • cutler is bad ass ...and is tough..and takes those hits to make his marks...

  • 85 Defense was preety much the best ever!!

  • fuck everyone that says jay cutler has no heart, he gets his ass kicked in every game because the O-line is straight garbage. the fact that he manages to get off a pass is a miracle considering he has like 2 seconds before the entire defense destroys him.

  • Jim's the greatest

  • And 2 years later, you could use this video to sum up the Bears season. No O-line, No chance.

  • @mikemagz I'm sorry, did the Bears go to the CHampionship game or was that a Mirage?

  • @jojopuppyfish

The fucking DEFENSE got to the championship game, not Cutler. You remember a guy named Rex Grossman? Yeah, even HE got to a Super Bowl with this defense.

  • @Nintariz not really, the 85 offense was pretty badass, and lets not forget that every NFL team isnt what they used to be.

  • @Nintariz And Grossman was considered for MVP early in the year. You don't get to a championship game without an offense. It's not like the defense scored all the points. In 85 McMahon went to the Pro Bowl. Give credit where it's due.

  • @jojopuppyfish Well they were at the game, other than that no they didn't really go to the championship game.

  • The Bears should have had a dynasty. Just shows how overrated Ditka was as a coach. He was more a motivational speaker and disciplinarian then a good football mind. I could name a dozen off the the top of my head who would have brought more championships with this team.

  • @UtubeHyperboleGuy THANK YOU!

  • Imma say the bears had only 3 franchise QBs

    1. George Blanda

    2. Jimmy

    3. Kyle Orton

  • @Spyda0Jones Sid Luckman? And don't throw orton in there, guy hasn't won jack.

  • @Spyda0Jones Uhm... Luckman? Blanda wasn't great with the Bears. Kyle Orton? WHAT!? The guy never led us to a playoff game. He was only here for 3 years LMAO.

  • Franchise quarterback? Are you f-ing kidding? I would argue that the Super-Bowl-era Bears have never even had a STARTING quarterback. They've had one great team, a few pretty good ones, and a whole bunch of crummy ones. The story at QB is far more dismal.

  • McAverage was never considered 'one of the best'. Elmer Fudd could have QB'd 85' Bears......How tough was it to hand off to Sweetness left right then center, after Defense over and over gives you the ball @ midfield.....In McAverage's defense---he would Start today---the NFL is so watered down, he might even Star today. Today's Top QB's would be wonderful Back-Ups in the 80's....back further ? Namath, Unitas, Jurgenson, Brodie, Hart, would pass for 4500 yrds easy. QB's today--babied.

  • @matt75hooper This is probably one of the best comments I've ever read on an NFL video.

BTW chicago fans - I know you are thanking Denver for trading Orton for Cutler but I'm telling you right now you'll be pulling your hair out when he throws a big time interception and loses the big game. I've unfortunately been witness to this many times.

  • @zachweber well I didn't pull any hair out this year.

  • @matt75hooper Watered down? Are you fucking retarded? Holy shit...

  • Elmer Fudd could have QB'd the 85 Bears to the Super Bowl. McMahon --most over rated ever.

  • @matt75hooper similar to the year Ravens won with such an awesome D. Trent Dilfer wasn't a great QB but got the job done. and now cutler will be in the same postion if he cuts down on his INT's. Bears defense was pretty solid this season, and Peppers was a great pickup. Personally i think Cutler sucks, and if u look at the team stats Bears finished quite low in the league....it's their defense and special teams that are their strenght.

  • @matt75hooper Its obvious you weren't alive during that time period.

Playboy magazine's Anson Mount put him as the top qb at the begining of the 1986 season.

Anson Mount was one of the best predictors of SB ever.

  • @jojopuppyfish lol good one.....McAverage wasnt even in the Top 10 of that ERA. Montana...Elway....Marino....Boomer.....Simms.....shall I go on ? You are a nitwit.

  • @matt75hooper Showing your age.....name calling.....bet you're about 10 years old.

FWIW, At the time, 1985-1986, he was considered one of the best in the league.......not in retrospect.

In retro, he was a very good qb. The bears couldn't win against the top teams without Mcmahon.

Go watch tapes of 1984 when he was on IR

  • lolz mcmahon always has his black sunglasses on XD

  • @Lollister2 Thats because he had a severed retina as a child and his right eye is extremely sensitive to light.

  • McMahon knows football. He's right on with the line about if they don't block they it doesn't matter who is at QB.

  • @jflor98 maybe the Bears shud start drafting some linemen for Cutler or he's gonna get hurt. Bears o-line stinks.

  • Jay Cutler + Mike Martz + Julius Peppers + Chester Taylor + A healthy Brian Urlacher = Super Bowl in 2010.

  • @316greg Don't go jumping the gun here dude. They have to get everyone on the same page first. I love my bears but I'm not krass enough to think they're cohesive enough as a team to take it all the way to the Superbowl. Would it be awesome? Hells yah, but let's be realistic here.

  • @316greg Yeah man, I'm excited about Chester Taylor! he's been on my fantasy team before...he's good. Urlacher is past his prime though

  • @thewolfmanchu Hate to say it....but we will be lookin at the Packers asses all year long. On a good note, I do think we will be the team to finally put Favre in a coma.

  • @mrfiggins well you were half right.

  • martz is in

  • "first time they've had a franchise quarterback"..what a thing to say to a guy who was their quarterback.

  • @idster7 lololololololololoololollololololololo

  • @idster7

lol especially to a guy who won their only "ring"

  • @mastshke Only "Superbowl ring", what about the 8 other NFL Championship titles? 1921, 1932, 1933, 1940, 1941, 1943, 1946, 1963. People never seem to remember that, do they? lol

  • @Jimdangello

props given but the are not superbowls.

  • @mastshke he didnt win it the defense did and if it wasnt for walter payton mcmahon wont be half as good

  • @davidisraw

I know that...i'm talking about a qb that won a championship

  • @mastshke Untrue, the bears have won more than one championship in 1985.

  • @xXThomas89999Xx

    SUPERBOWL era 1966-Now

    (Bears won 1 championship(superbowl trophy)

that's what I am talking about.

  • @mastshke

luckman won plenty of championships (before the super bowl was made)

  • @nintendojesse

ill give you that but i was talking about the superbowl era

  • @mastshke

u dumbass u really think jim mcmahon won their ring the best defense of all time was the reason for the ring!!!!!!!!!!

  • @chitownbulls123

dumbass i never said he was the reason i said he won their( meaning team) only ring. you're a fart fuck

  • @mastshke

fart fuck seriously bro cant come up with something else bitch!!!!

  • @idster7 who actually WON them a SB lol

  • @wajeh77 Does that mean Trent Dilfer was the Ravens "Franchise QB"?

  • @BiggestOfDaddies When Mcmahon was qb, they won. When he was hurt, they lost. Except 1985, when they won no matter who was qb.

  • @idster7 McMahon was their QB, but he wasn't the franchise. What'd he play, 7 season with the Bears and half of the time he was out from injuries?) 7 injury plagued years does not a franchise QB make.

  • @idster7 Why not start off with "why is he so much better than you?" lol

  • @idster7 Good recognition of the fact that McMahon is extremely overrated.

  • Cutler will improve now that Ron Turner is toast!

  • Bears can't even find a new coordinator. No one wants part of that train wreck known as Jay cutler.

  • @TheWIRC Agreed 100%

  • Cutler sucks! prepare yourself for a loser at quarterback. He's already being compared to Jeff George.

  • @y2kbuyusay Nobody who matters is comparing him to Jeff George, dumb shit. Especially not now. If the name Jeff George ever came up at any point it was because of concerns of him being a "cry baby". He's shown he's not. He's kept his composure, even in the face of a losing season. Cutler is a Bear and he will be for the next 10+ years. Get used to it.

  • @BiggestOfDaddies thats fine by me.

"Cutler is a Bear and he will be for the next 10+ years." prepare yourself for ten plus losing seasons.

  • @y2kbuyusay bet me

  • when Cutler gets a couple more guys on the O-line like Chris Williams (who did a hell of a job against jared allen) and get rid of some of the older cats. we will have a shot

  • come on now, grossman? man, it was like spinning a roulette wheel each week wiith that guy. he was more interested in niot screwing up than winning. at least cutler has some cahones, truly. i look at him, and even when he's screwing up, which he's done a lot of lately, he's pretty honest. maybe he'll turn into a "franchise" qb. we'll see, but grossman was just holding a space for someone. no disrespect intended!!!

  • "The big boys don't block it don't matter who the hells behind the center." Too true Jim

  • Jimmy Mac said it best: "Ya gotta WIN" to get the respect of diehard Bears fans! This team looks like pure dee SHIT and Cutler throwing 20+ interceptions isn't exactly supporting the case for what was given up to obtain him.

  • You Bears fans had a better chance with Grossman, he had a better arm and was more accurate. Don't talk to me about interceptions because Jay Cutler is following the same pattern. Furthermore, Grossman got you guys to a Super Bowl. I know you all blew it, but still, I know most of you are pissed that Orton is doing good. I don't mean it intentionally yall, every sports fan can see that Cutler is not the answer. But we all know that they will go with Cutler because the Bears have no choice.

  • If you think Grossman gave us a better chance, please tell me what you're smoking.

  • Well if you read and comprehended what I said, Grossman got you guys to the Super Bowl. When was the last time you guys won a super bowl or actually made an appearance again? if you think you are going to go anywhere with Cutler, then you must not be a real bears fan to realize that.

  • I did read and comprehend what you said. I just disagree, if that's okay. First, Grossman is not the reason we got to the SB; it was defense and special teams that put us over the top, plus we had guys like Thomas Jones and Bernard Berrian who could run and catch. I don't think Cutler is "the answer"; he cannot carry a mediocre team. But he's head and shoulders above wrecks, and if they give him some support and time to get comfortable, he can do great things. Thus spake a real Bears fan.

  • Well spoken man, I agree with how you feel, and I understand where you are coming from. Cutler is a good qb, don't get me wrong, but its just this season only. That is also a good reason too, the defense and thomas jones. But seriously, my bad though for saying that about you being a fan with the Bears.

  • The TEAM got us to the superbowl in spite of Grossman. Thomas Jones and our running game+ i think out defense played pretty damn good that season. Grossman funked the superbowl up for us.

  • @THEDREAM3001

Nope. Grossman didnt get us to that superbowl... defense and special teams did. Rex was just along for the ride.

  • Grossman didn't get them to a Superbowl, the defense, special teams and Thomas Jones did. When you have a defense that forces a million takeaways and Hester giving you ridiculous field position + TD's then a FG kicker that doesn't miss anything inside 50 yds. you're going to win almost every week.

This organization messed up bigtime by not going after Brees when he was available as a FA a few years ago. They could have gotten him for nothing but cash, as SD had no room for both he and Rivers.

  • cutler may not bein doin the best but DAMN this dude has takin a beaten and hes got right back up so ima cutler fan cus this dude is a beast.

I like what mcmahon said at the end .IF THE BIG BOYS DONT BLOCK. IT DOESNT MATTER WHOS BEHIND THE CENTER!!!!!

  • tru fuckin dat im watchin the game right now, he always starts shit and either finishes decent or amazing thats a gamble im willin to take

  • do people actually think bears fans give a shit about cutler being a 'crybaby'?? ...cade mcnown, shane matthews, jim miller...kordell fucking stewart, chris chandler, grossman. we will take him. GLADLY

  • wow it looks like denver got rid of the cancer. jay cutler is a loser

  • LOL ... 4 INT's on opening day loss to Packers ! Bwaaa ha ha haa .... .. seems like Chicago has more than its share of FAKE Messiahs Bwaaa ha ha haaaa

  • Bwaaa ha ha haa since that that game he has thrown 5 touchdowns and 1 interception and has completed almost 74% of his passes. He has also played against 2 very good secondaries. You are apparently a Packers fan, Bwaa haa haha Aaron Rodgers has been sacked more than any other QB in the league.

  • he rebounded big time bitch including winng against the defending champs bwa haha

  • Guess when Obama left town Chicago found itself one asshole short .. . Cutler brought balance back to a town full of assholes

  • nice comeback douch-bag how the fuck is chicago full of assholes

  • can't spell when you get flustered eh? hahaaaa

  • wow, u cant think of even an average comeback so u point out an e i missed in douche-bag, douche-bag

  • Haa ha ha ... Kyle Orton 4-0 ... and crybaby Cutler only went 18 out of 28 for 120 yards against a team that had lost 19 out of the last 20 ?? Bwaaa aha ha ahaaaa

now go pick up your room you sperm-burping fairy

  • wow i bet u didnt even see the games the broncos played and just looked at their record first off week 1 was a fluke on a miracle play then they won against the browns and the raiders even the fuckin lions couldve beat them and then the cowboys could have tied the game up on 4th and goal

denver couldnt even win against decent teams like the bengals and cowboys without their whole organization having a heart attack, bitch

  • kyle orton has nothing to do with denver winning. If they had cutler still they would be superbowl champs this season.

  • so why aren't the Bears gonna be SB champs? Cutler sucks balls, that's why....he's so friggin' overrated......he's the next jeff george, all arm, nothing between the ears.

  • now theyre 0-4 in the last 4 games right?

  • Cutler to the rescue again ! Bwaaa ha haaa ha ha ha... the interception king CHOKES again, again, again

  • hey Roscoe, i think you hate Cutler almost as me....and i'm not a Broncos or Bears fan. He reeks big time!!!

  • Yeah fucker, add up his last 3 games and hear ESPN radio cheering for him taking him over Tony Romo and even Arron Rodgers.

  • He's a crybaby .. there's nothing left to be said assdrip ... case closed

Urlacher knew what he was talking about

  • hey Roscoe, what did Urlacher say? i never herd about it. i got to hear this.....

  • Said he's a pussy and a crybaby

  • lol, wicked. did he say that when he was a Bronco?

  • Nah, Shanahan didn't hire pussies .. it was after he earned his crybaby nickname and headed to Chicago

  • Man, he's getting old.
