the bible is a composite of stories and i'm sure many were left out. most were written decades after jesus died and none were written by women. it advocated slavery, which i think is horrible.

@ratecomment maybe because you didn't have Him before. Have you felt the Holy Spirit convict you of your sinful life? Have you come to realize during that conviction that you were not going to heaven and needed a Savior and that Savior is jesus CHRIST? Did you pray at that moment and repent of your sinful life and ask Him to forgive you? Did you ask Him to save you and make Him your Lord and Savior at that moment? If not then that could be why you are not experiencing answered prayer.

the bible is a composite of stories and i'm sure many were left out. most were written decades after jesus died and none were written by women. it advocated slavery, which i think is horrible.
imo, we all came from and return to the same source-call it god if you like. there's more than one path to god.

Have you come to realize during that conviction that you were not going to heaven and needed a Savior and that Savior is jesus CHRIST? I used to be an atheist myself and believe in this nonsencial UFO crap, but none of it makes sense, if they existed they would have helped us or destroyed us, not aimlessly fly around our planet like if there is nothing better to do.
There is zero evidence so far to show that anti-gravity technology exists, if in every case we see the UFOs moving, it is one of the bright shapeshifting orbs, which are demons.

Me hair goes up when I hear them saying that Christ WON'T come in glory and that God will lose. And they like more to do evil deeds then to do good, although by contacting demons they know that God exists too. HOW EVIL, DECEIVED AND STUPID can those people be? Yea a Christian reporter drive down to see Creme and reported on everything that went on. He said he had to pray the whole time because Creme was trying to penetrate his thoughts and he hypnotized everyone in the room but this reporter. There was a website with the story but the last two months there has been problems with it.

But there is plenty of historical evidence. Don't you think that all the people who don't like the idea of God would have thoroughly discredited the gospel by now if there were little sound evidence? I myself have seen enough to be thoroughly persuaded, probably even if I didn't already have the faith beforehand. During his brief 3 year ministry, don't you think it would be right to put everything aside to be a disciple of THE AUTHOR OF LIFE? It was Paul, Peter, James, John and the other church builders who taught the family values in accordance with the father of all humanity later.

And yes, Jesus set out on his own and started a ministry, WHEN HE WAS 30! Besides, his stepfather was dead, his mother was a disciple, and we know at least one of his brothers was a disciple too. Seriously? I don't know where you are from, but I've never been to a church that has started a war or taught anything close to what you are accusing. Jesus taught against such things. Maybe you are talking about the crusades or the knights templar or something, but you should know how that was political and not of the church Jesus commissioned. I have two gay acquaintances and I think they are pretty cool guys. They know I don't approve of their lifestyle though, but it's their choice, I mean, one of them has an ex-wife and kids. Oh well, its a freedom our mostly christian forefathers afforded us with their blood (sort of like Jesus). It would be a waist of both of our time to discuss history now. I just wish you could get past your preconceptions of us someday and look at the example the Master gave us with your own eyes.

The lecture was not a church service. It was a lecture given by Benjamin Creme. Do you know who he is? He doesn't "do" church services and does not even speak about church.
