Nice straightforward clip. Gives a good idea of the proportions. Telephone book test was useful as many other reviews say the spike is not that sharp. Wood tests were useful also. I'm intending on using one of these as a camping tool as curiously I don't live in a teenage fantasy where I pretend I'm a special forces soldier.

this tomahawk is shit for splitting wood coz of those holes. it would have looked better withouth 'em... i know you'll say that you use it to crack open someone s skull.... but it should be good for splitting wood in case or survival or some situation.

@snuffying The holes in it lighten it up so that it can be thrown better. That's what tomahawks are used for modern day. They are also used for close range fighting, so you don't want it to be heavy; you want it to be fast. Some of the first tomahawks had holes in them, as well. You want something for a survival situation? Buy an axe or better yet a large survival knife. This is not their primary purpose, this is just a test to show their durability and versatility.

i got the hawk for christmas this year and love it. it prefors great every time. after i for used to is, i am able to throw it perfect every time. the short handle makes it really easyer to handle and makes it get a single rotation easyer . the only thing i would modify on this hawk is raise the leading egde up a half inch so it sticks in the wood easyer but other then that i wouldnt chage a think.
