  • holy crap! huge.

  • 5:00 The kid in the red is gonna be the next mr. olympia.

  • 0o they let kids in the gym?

  • super strict proper from is for beginners. as the weight you lift goes up your form deteriorates..

  • You dont even need "good form" for muscular size, the muscle grows bigger from doing reps in the "stretched" position, so doing 1/4 reps is where hypertrophy happens, the rest 3/4 of the rep is basically just joints and other muscles taking over. Science just recently proved that.

  • Judging by the comments on YouTube there are way more bodybuilding pro's than I ever knew, I'm so glad everybody is criticizing this deluded guy as he clearly has no idea what he is doing.

  • im surprised they can workout in such a hot gym, seems really easy to get dehydrated and hurt your workout

  • Swinging while curling is a form of self spotting. With each progressing rep cheat a little more in order to get in as many reps as you can instead of finishing the set early with perfect form. It's about keeping the tension for as long as possible

  • fuck u jhonny

  • your a beast bro

  • good work!! Nice arms!!

  • I think the whole thing regarding bad form is the "tilts" backwards he does - its NOT good for your back no matter what. HOW-EVER: kudos to Mr. Alvisi for his determination and the results from it.

  • hes big but i dont like his physique , kevin levrone is the best ever.

  • Congrats Alvisi , your a hard worker

  • 5.00 look at that kid in the back ground he can injure himself where are the staff. The kid look like he 4 years old

  • he speaks very well

  • Mark you rock keep it up. You can be the next mr. olympia you have Ronnie Coleman knowledge and attitude. WOw that turns me on

  • crap form,

well done on the injections though, and the callouses

  • @spillerjuice why are you keyboard warriors sitting behind computers saying his form is bad?? Unless you have a body that is better and major bodybuilding mags like MD coverning, shut the FUCK up. You don't know shit.

  • @Handsdown09 totally agree with u, his form mite be shit but he probly dun a hundred reps befor this set so fuck off and get ur skinny asss on a MD cover u pricks

  • @Handsdown09 He can swing and jerk all he wants.

The "keyboard warriors" criticizing his form won't be the ones with herniated discs and cauda equina, after all.

  • @Handsdown09 LOL they probably think isolation exercises with 5lbs in strict form are mass builders

  • No offense, but I think I would have an orgasm just being in his presence. SO HOT!

  • I have not seen any videos of him training his lower body. I hope he's not neglecting his leg muscles, they are extremely important in any bodybuilding competition.

  • nice body, very good looking!!

  • guys i gotta ask but for all the advice i gat given bout not t "cheat" by swaying in the a bicep movement with dumbbells or swaying back when doin barbell curls dis guy is clearly huge and does all the above, any advice on it?im not a novice though i may sound it but i might just overly focuc on my form more then i need to

  • its a balance between form & heavy weights...gota find what works...for the majority of ppl..its all about heavy compound movements rather than isolation, so mild "swinging" permits you to go heavier, and thus will stimulate more muscle growth than isolative movements

  • @captainwada Why use momentum (or 'mild swinging' as you call it) if that makes the weight feel lighter? 99% of guys need to leave their ego at the door when they train!! Guys will continue to train heavier and they simply must continue to use momentum so injuries are pretty much guaranteed down the line! KEEP THE STRESS ON THE MUSCLE U R WORKIN!!! Train lighter, train strict and train hard - strict sets to failure is the mark of a true hard trainer!!

  • @thomasmichael1 "KEEP THE STRESS ON THE MUSCLE U R WORKIN!!! " is restrictive & isolative and doesn't stress the body as much as HEAVY OVERLOAD.

you dont grow muscle by "pumps". The grow muscle by microtears w/ heavy ass lifting.

  • @captainwada Sure lift heavy but in strict form. Swinging allows more weight on the bar but thatnx to momentum, you are making it feel lighter and inviting injury. Totally agree about this pump sh*t. Some muppets talk about pumping as much blood in there as though that will give you muscle growth. Keep the stress on the muscle or muscles u workin. Why would anyone want to put stress somewhere else?

  • @captainwada Ok, I can see how one could use swinging to one's advantage, but even then, a) in this video he doesn't even complete the motion, so the muscle grows asymetrically, and b) the advantage is only gained in the downward motion, when you're trying to resist a heavier than normal weight, whereas in the upward, you're using the momentum to lessen the weight, esentially lifting less. So I still can't see how this is superior to proper form and appropriate weight.

  • @STorpedo its superior because HE IS THE ONE DOING IT! NOT YOU! is it efffecting in any bad way?? no, so why dont you hop off his dick and let him keep doing his "inferior" curls...i mean his only a pro bodybuilder..what does he know right??? DUMB ASS!

  • @Rohohonan when I swing it's because im usually focusing on the negative part of the lift. but idk thats just me.

  • Mark.. Dude. Your gonna pop!

  • this guy gets bigger and better all the time, beautiful

  • haha the little kid at 5:10 is like OMG

  • he must be gay

  • @KINGOFSPEDS0: He's not the only 1 impressed by Mark's physique!

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, Mark is much bigger now!

  • Oh Yeah Freaking nice work Mark!
