@kaifroland Actually it says in Genesis 4:14- Cain says"Behold, You have driven me this day from the face of the ground; and from Your face I will be hidden, and I will be a vagrant and a wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me." To my knowledge this is the first time these "other people" are mentioned. I think this answers your question. However, it raises another question: The Bible mentions God creating Adam and Eve. It also mentions Adam and Eve creating Cain and Abel.
