When I lived in the Chicago Area, I used to take i-80 all the time to see tha family in NYC...The most beautiful stretch of the road trip was doing the part thru Penna....

I-80 does not run near Scranton.. this is 80 East right after the Luzerne/Columbia County Line, heading towards Mifflinville.

@defman27 actually before, the county line is right at the rest area. the gap is still in Luzerne County.
