My favorite part is where Stefan tells Lexi to leave him alone and she says I could do that or I could do this (slams him into the car!!!) we get to see a whole new side of Lexi. I also like the part when Bonnie does the spells so that the ghosts can all be seen. Bonnie says Ghrams? Stefan says Lexi? Elena says Anna? Alaric says Mason!

It's kinda funny, now that Elena is growing older she's becoming less attractive for a 17 years old Stefan, and now she's looking for someone older than her, it's just NATURAL, and Damon's ready to give her LOVE, i guess she'll switch to Damon now. I really like stelena, but from my point of view they really started things up to early, i mean they didn't really have a chance to know each other really well, and already had SEX. I think Damon&Elena is an example how a TRUE couple should be formed.
1) In S1 E21, Bonnie was supposed to remove the spell from the device, but she didn't and only pretended to. Then in E22, Damon is affected by the device, and had to be saved by Stefan with the help of Bonnie, who only helped because of Elena.
2) In S2 E2, when Caroline was turned into a vampire by Katherine and Bonnie found out, she tried to burn Damon and said that everything that happened was Damon's fault. She only stopped because of Elena.
@SignalFire90 there are far more delena scenes then Bamon.. Bamon has no chemistry whatsover. Bonnir will never fall for Damon. Just because there is Bamon in the books, does not mean that there is Bamon in the tv series.

I'm not trying to put Bamonites down, but just because Bonnie & Damon are a thing in the books doesn't mean it's the same in the show. They really have more of an antagonistic chemistry, and let's face it, if Damon spends all this time "sincerely" pining for Elena, explicitly stating that he will always choose Elena over "the witch," and then randomly switches gears for Bonnie (because... she's pretty...?) no one will believe anything he says he feels again.
I think the ghost being there are for their unfinished business. Like Matt and Vicky. Damon and Mason. Anna and Jeremy. They all died so quick, this is there chance to settle things they didn't when they were alive. That and Matt screwed up the balance!

I think the ghost being there are for their unfinished business. Like Matt and Vicky. Damon and Mason. Anna and Jeremy. They all died so quick, this is there chance to settle things they didn't when they were alive. That and Matt screwed up the balance!

@AndreTMB Damon killed Mason Lockwood in season 2, at the end of the last episode Mason is a ghost and beat Damon up. It's funny cause Damon has killed a lot of people so imagine if they ALL came back. Well, that's why I found it funny anyway.
