JAL is one of the best airlines to travel to Japan. The customer service is the best that I have seen. Nothing compared with the attitude problems that some of the American Airlines' flight attendants give you. I highly recommend this airline!

Just got back from Osaka. I can easily say that Japan Airlines is by far the best airline!

Crew are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Food is good and the inflight entertainment MAGIC system is excellent.

We have so much to learn from the Japanese.

Nah I wouldnt recommend flying JAL. They are rubbish. Out of about 15 airlines ive been on, i'd have to say that JAL rates pretty low. Cabin crew are nice and polite (usual for Japanese service), but everything else is rubbish. Last time I went I had to use 1970's style "pipe" earphones (like a doctors stethascope)....so I was thinking...how old is this plane?
