if u use this in cooking steak on the top with corn on the cob and veggies on the bottom, wont all the fat and oils drip on the healthy veggies and so now ur still eating all the unhealthy fat with your veggies?
@kmace11 If you're only doing one steak, cook one side, flip, then add the veggies (and/or potato) beside the steak. Everything will finish at the same time. Mind you, I don't mind some extra fat for extra flavor, so Sometimes I'll do roast potatoes under some chicken. Most of the juices still run off anyway.. It just kind of "bastes" them a little. ;)
U don't have to flip it?

I did my turkey in the nuwave oven. 8 pounds no extender ring. Cooked perfect. Please do more video teachings on this oven. Sue
