It's very practical.

Actually i think it's the best military headgear in the world!

When you don't have any kind of utensil, but need to bring some water to wounded(for example) you can use this hat as a billycock!

Or like a pan, for some porridge!

And when u're in trench and enemy is attacking and u're very scared - you can use it as a pot.

Poop in it and throw it at enemy soldier like a shitbomb!!!
