This is "Cantata Sopra Il Passacaglio. Diatonica" by Luigi Pozzi, which is available on "All' improvviso" by Arpeggiata, but unfortunately with another singer who has a lower and much greatless voice. If you know of a recording of this song by Jaroussky commercially available, please let me know :-)
