haha i just did this by accident and searched it, it is real and its not too hard...do the bail glitch..ill explain it...

first get in goofy stance, press Y to get off board, press R to throw the board...tap the LEFT stick once to the RIGHT...(90 degree spin), now just hit X, RT, Y, RT in that order...do it slowly tho...also...hold the last RT until u fly... so ya do that in the middleish of the matrix plaza and u'll land up there.
