so the gal who found the diary is somehow possessed by the spirit of the gal who committed suicide right? coz in a previous part....the diary gal who was holding onto the diary saw the dead gal running carryin two milk towards a class and back away suddenly....then in the last episode it explains what happened from the INSIDE of that particular class.....at least that explains to me.....cn anyone further explain if i m wrng....gd movie btw...

But I don't really remember. anyway if you're right then she must have said it because Shi-eun was ashamed to be in a gay relationship with her because the other girls were picking on them so she blamed Hyo-shin and that's why Hyo-shin killed herself ( unless she really was pregnant which I don't think so because that would take away the point of the movie)

Spoiler: I think what happens in the end of the film is that Hyo-shin takes the body of Min-Ah, and speaks telepathy to her saying " sorry i lost your dairy" and Shi-Eun says " we can make another one" which makes me believe that hyo-shin is Min-Ah.I also think they walk up to the roof to retrieve the camera. because the end shows the happy birthday song. My translated dvd maybe correct. not sure though.

& When all of the girls were running, I started laughing, it was like rats in a cage.

The story wasn't to confusing... all you have to do, is read a review.

This was a happy & sad ending, I sort of like it.

I think the girl who finds the diary ends up being entertwined with dead lover's memories - taking the medicine and becomes so involved she "becomes" the dead lover, thus her ability to communicate telepathically with sport girl at the end. :) they probably become lovers

Them becoming lovers was sarcasm :P Smiley face... For her to "become" the dead lover is again of metaphorical means. She just finally completely understands their relationship - allowing for that telepathic dialogue.

when I watched the movie I sometimes thought: omg, the pupils are strange. Their behavior is very weird.

It's kind of sad, that the relationship between the two girls ended up like this. After watching it, I feel ignorant.

basically the story works backwards thats what makes it confusing. The main characters are out lesbians which does not role well in a kady Korean school, they had a break up that lasted 31 days until the girl killed herself. The third girl found their book and was intrigued by their relationship. She also fond the piano wit the clipped key that ha a shrine to the lesbians relationship. The reson she killed herself was because of the conflict she had in her mind over how to exist in the world .

the constant things that are occurring in the school, the dead bird the her ghost appearing before the teacher and the curious girl who found the diary are manifestations of her presence in the real world while she herself has passed on into the after life and that is what Momento means -the Memory of the dead, the dead leaving a mark on the living know that she is in the otherworld,she can take revenge on those who tormented her and make her presence known to those who loved her

well, it's not very linear. i mean one thing that happens is they go back to the conversation that happened before hyo-shin threw herself off the roof. and i took it that symbolically, once sei eun could admit her grief over that conversation, that then hyo shin could let go. but i'm not sure what happens at the exact end when they are speaking telepathically.
