World Bank and IMF have a serious credibility problem in the developing economies.First is that all those that ever dared to listen to their prescriptions all collapsed economically and their countries held at the mercy of the western economies.Only few countries like China,India and vietnam that regognised quite early the hipocrisy and deciet of these institutions have a surviving and functional economy that is not remotely manipulated by the western powers.
