Go take this parable to those who buy and sell in the temple. Read the wedding feast parable, you will see where people's treasures are, the net (good and bad) and the scribe who was thrown out. The guy narrating doesn't know jack shit. The practice of usury was forbidden between jewish people as stated in Deuteronomy. The poor fuck who got given the one talent was right to do nothing with it as all the profit would do is increase his masters stock of wealth and widen the social divide, just as wage slaves keep doing to this day under our fucked up capitalist system.
