Ah. Would you recommend heel-toe hits on the stock pedal, or just fast leg motions?

I can't really say for sure what's best for you. It depends on how your leg feels when doing either heel-toe or fast hits. It's more comfortable for me to do quick hits, but it would be beneficial in longer songs to be able to do heel-toe.

Yeah just one pedal and one foot. I'm using the ION stock pedal which I have no problems with. And I'm no good at heel-toe so I use quick hits!
