The "usoooo" or the "eeee"? XD "Uso" is something like "No way"... it literally means "lie" so she's just using it to express her disbelief. The "eeee"... well I'm sure you can get what it is from the sound? x] Like "Whaaat?" I guess. Miki does have a nice calm voice, but I don't mind Koharu that much.
