what is airplain mode

Airplane mode is a feature that allows you to turn off phone services, such as Text, Calls, Web, etc...

it is mainly for airplane use, hence the name Airplane mode. Overall it is to use your phone on airplanes for MP3, Games, Calendar and apps since airlines tell you to turn off the cellphone because it interferes with the plan or something like that you just turn on Airplane mode and youre good to go!

all radios go off. The Cell phone basically becomes a media player with no phone functionality.

Im not gonna like , mobile burn you have a awesome indepth look at the Pre , i hope it comes to Verizon and gets 16gb by 2010 cause that will be a guarantee for me buying it

I'm pretty sure it has 256mb of RAM plus an OMAP3430 Processor made by Texas Instruments

No, it looks exactly the same - or at least it did when I used it. The Pre could certainly use a larger battery, though.

in actuality this phone is actually 100 more dollars than a iphone. There is a 100 rebate but it takes so long to obtain and some times it doesnt even arrive.
