  • there is lots of talk about manuvering but the real issue is how an aircraft wil be used in a conflict, how good is the radar and will they survive a BVR missle shot from an opponent. if you get to the "merge" OK there then there is the question of manuvering, but even an agile aircraft has to cope with offbore sight missles. if i have a slow underpowered aircraft that has the upper edge with radar and missles manuever away... your dead before I am.

  • Beautiful Aircraft...well done chine....you are always welcome in Bahrain....

  • @BBEEAANN1 The Israelis have sold top secret weapons technology that they get from the USA. They have been known to sell this information to the Chinese government thereby betraying the USA.

Hopefully, China will not become slaves of the Jews as is sadly the case in the west..

  • an Israeli pride :)

  • Lol, fuck china

  • @powerofthroughts This is why you are a moron. I am looking at the two seater Lavi prototype in PLAAF colours right now. China bought it before the US cracked down on Israel for selling China military shit. When they did, they hadn't received Harpy so they don't have it dumb ass.

  • @powerofthroughts You sound like a moron, you don't even address the issue which is the Lavi being in China. There even photos of it... you got no IQ.

  • @powerofthroughts Sure... Russian engineers working in China said they saw the Lavi prototype. End of that story...

  • @BBEEAANN1 They are missilesfor sure, let me quote (and translate) an excerpt form the magazine (an oficial magazine of the spanish air force written by fighter jet pilots) referring to the Su-30MK that was in the same show "...with its 9000 kg in asymetric configuration, which weren' t an obstacle to perform the cobra or the impressive tail slide..." else, there is the list of the missiles that the Su-30MK was carrying at the show:

  • @gargoloso 4 AA-11

    1 AA-10

    1 AA-12

    1 Kh-59

    1 Kh-31

    1 Kh-29

    6 FAB-250

  • @BBEEAANN1 Only the ones at the tip of planes, the othres are real missiles, How I know it... I read it on a report of a magazine of that time from the spanish airforce, it was a very technical article. The same planes were also in the static expo, and there in the magazines are photos of the missiles and data. And yes, the magazines says clearly that they did the flight with full weapon load under wings and fuselage in asymetric configuration. Yo can see clearly all stations full.

  • Comment removed

  • @BBEEAANN1 Yes they do. When they performed in farnborough 94, the sukhois performed full full weapon load in ASYMETRIC configuration (diferent weight under each wing) and they performed really great, still doing cobras and that stuff...

  • Good work Chinese Keep it up

    LONG LIVE PAKISTAN CHINA FRIENDSHIP

    greetings

  • su-37 and f-22 pwns this piece of shit

  • I saw J-10 at Zhuhai, its demo is not very impressive. It never turned at that speed.

  • Do praise F-18 as much as you can, after all iaf has finally opted F-18 UNOFFICIALLY on 10th april 2011,when announce officially i dont know perhaps in few weeks.from rear position like all double engine pilot of intercepting air craft would watch two holes, when he fired missile he dont bother in which hole it will penetrate............?????????

  • @BBEEAANN1 Go and compare the engine of F/A-18 and J-10, then use some math on their thrust-to-weight ratio. Twin engines plane may have better overall power, but twin engines system also made them heavy. And both aircraft are completely different even in size.

I may be wrong, but I do know that every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

  • @BBEEAANN1 Using a copied (if you insist) AF-31 engine which powered Su-27 aircraft, it's good enough to make this aircraft fly. And mind you, AF-31 engine is a reliable machine that is easily maintain and produce.

  • This J10 seems like an F16 developed in the soviet era.

  • @BBEEAANN1 dude, the J-10's turning ability has been rated even among American observers as at least comparable with the Super Hornet. The J-10 flies not only faster than the Super Hornet but also is lighter and smaller.

the canard/delta configuration allows it also to remain stable at low speed and low altitude. About the Super Hornet: it is still by far less agile than a Su-35M, EF2000 or F-22A. It is good for what it is, a very reliable multirole naval jet, but not really a air superiority!

  • Fugly mofucking news reporter, how the fuck did she get past selection?LOL

  • it appears to be fast forwarded cuz the audio changed before the scene change. turn off the volume and the speed will seem more consistent.

  • hope those china men drop some bomb and kill some whites.

  • @ChesterDoraemon China could send their whole airforce on a bombing raid, and lose more pilots then the amount of civilians they killed over the United States. Take that to the bank.

  • @TumisHumis the bank is in china. it will be a victory fleet sent to the US.

  • nice plane and pakistan is going to get this baby!

  • 瓜娃子播音员,太哀求了

  • 兄弟,我觉得那女娃瓜

  • Man, are you guys gay or something? concentrating on the newscaster and not on the plane?!

    joke. nevermind.

  • It was not sped up, the appearance of the fast forward is a visual artifact created by the cameraman not anticipating the turn and moving too quickly to compensate, watch carefully the cloud cover. As is, this level of manoevrability is consistent with a non-TVC fighter of this configuration

  • @Timbot2002 Well, I hope the pilot's physical condition will coup the agility if that aircraft is equipped with T.V.C.

  • lol... that clip has been clearly fast forwarded, like jackie chan kungfu moves in his movies! The chinese have been known to alter or photoshop footage to give the best image to the world. They even did it in the olympics with fireworks and replacing child singers. How Desperate can one get? Truly sad.

  • @stagax

even if fast-forwarded, it doesnt change the fact that the turn itself was very tight. that speaks for a great manoevrability and agility of the plane.

Delta-Canard-fighters in general are very agile. There's nothing the Chinese can do wrong, to change that basic fact.

  • right, especially most 4th gen planes cannot make such sharp turn in low speed. Most jets need to accelerate closely to sonic speed to make sharp turns.

  • @IvanXylakantsky You are wrong. The shape by itself doesn't guarantee great manuverability. Engines, weight and used materials also play major factor.

Back in 1990s India had in its AF Soviet SU-27, and they decided to copy it in order to build their own fighters. In exterior it was 100% carbon copy, but India hadn't level of metallurgy that Soviets had. So their copy was almost by 2.5 times heavier than the original SU-27. Of course they cancelled that project.

  • did u actually know that the Jackie Chan movies were not fast forwarded. And that in some Bruce Lee movies they intentionally slowed down, because in real combat speed the motion picture would be as fast as the Jackie Chan movies?

fast forward or not, in 1:15s here you could see that the J-10 can draw a very small turn radius in subsonic speed as expected for an canard/delta fighter jet of nowadays.

  • @stagax

    it didn't fast forwarded

  • @stagax

I suppose you haven't seen the Eurofighter lately?

  • @stagax

at least our plane can fly in all conditions, unlike your 100million f-22s

  • @AznDuD333 361 million to be more exact lol

  • @stagax how about the fake pictures that western media used in reporting the riot in tibet in 2008?
