  • if one scoop is 25g then surely the peanuts would add to that??

  • she looks like katy perry on steroids

  • Will this work for someone who's trying to build lean muscles instead of bulky ones? I do Bikram Yoga 5-7 times a week and I was wondering if this recipe might work?

  • okay guys but if you drink protein shakes make sure you work out or you will get fat

  • Splenda and other artificial sweeters are PURE POISION that causes BRAIN DAMAGE! RESEARCH! It would be better to use real sugar anyday. As bad as it is, it's the lesser of two evils...

  • eyew girl u r so messy in the kitchen even u tasted it in the berlin glass instead of another spoon

  • Nice!!

  • @Kristol1990 Fruits contain MANY awesome antioxidants and nutrient benefits - but it is the high amounts of SUGAR that can offset those benefits. What to do?? Lower your fruit amounts and up the vegetables big time and that will decrease your sugar intake, increase your nutrient intake, and leave you looking better! Sorry, I did not make the rules, that is fact of how our bodies process fructose. But thanks for commenting.... regardless of the insult.

  • Goodby Audio hello Ashley Simpson

  • @leviterande The audio does not work for some... but most say it's fine, so I don't know why it does not work for your player. Sorry :-/ Thanks for watching though!

  • me want recipes!..thank you

  • r fruits bad for u ?

  • @AngEYEZ8284 No, fruits are good for you, but in moderation because of the fructose sugar. I recommend sticking to vegetables - lots of them!

  • do you have any other recipes of protein shakes if you cannot afford whey protein powder?

  • @spyderr45 You can use pasteurized egg whites, but those may cost more. I recommend just investing in the protein powder because usually one container has 30 scoops in it or more - enough for a whole month. That's less than $1 a day for a meal!

  • @KrisLaren No spam

  • @absolutezero85 nope, whey protein is great for fat burning.

  • Hell Yeah Thats Near 600 Calories

  • @DCN225 Anything with a lot of fruit is gonna be high in cals - but if you're big and strong, as I assume you are, you will burn it no problem ; )

  • YOU REALLY NEED A BLENDTEC!!!!

  • @ashworth1025 This is an OLD video - this blender worked well for a few months. I have a better blender but I actually HATE making shakes at home, lol! I prefer to pay a $1 mixing fee at the gym and have them mix my stuff for me, lol!

  • hi i like your bangs :) i wishhh i could pull them off :)

  • @foreva21girl LOL, thx! I grew them out, tho... I didn't feel like they looked that great on my face, lmao!

  • I guess the good thing about the sugar is that it is all natural from the fruit and not manufactered crap.

  • what type of blender are you using?

  • @ppaulssu that is most definitely the Magic Bullet

  • @Hijink93 It was a knock-off. It broke like a month after I shot this video, lol!

  • Hi , i'm from belgium and i'm almost 15 years old. I'm about 170 cm and 65 kg . Am i alowed to drink protein shakes like that? btw I'm a boy and sorry for mistakes if they're are

  • @ssoko23 Yes, protein shakes are fine to have, but I always recommend for everything to get most of their protein from real food sources like lean meats, fish, poultry, and egg whites.

  • @MadeFitTV

    thank you,:d

  • is this good for post and pre workouts? not like cardio workouts but for weightlifting.

  • @takeYOURreadstep This is good for either. You can't go wrong with protein : )

  • i really dont care how my protein shake taste, the important thing to me is that my body get what it needs... but i guess if im craving something good ill make that cheesecake one. That shit looked gooood...

  • @davespark10 I'm the same way... I eat most of my meals just to get in the nutrients and then I focus on one meal of my day to make sure it's tasty, like a Lebanese salad, or greek yogurt with cocoa powder or berries in my oats. Anything else, just chug it down and get on with it, lol!

  • @MadeFitTV haha! nice to know i'm not the only one...

  • is protein power bad for your health? i am using that but i think i'm going to quit with that.

  • @trig1907 Protein from real food is always best

  • wwwoooooohhhhhh...i want 1 of those blender:(

  • @kuyajhet My advice would be to get a good one because this one fell apart a couple weeks after this video!!

  • I'm glad i stumbled upon your channel...you give the best advice. I've been working out for a year now trying to gain lean muscle and everyone seems to have their own interval of taking their protein shakes that i've gotten confused and actually put off taking my shakes coz i'm not sure i'm taking them at the right intervals. What would you say is the best/right way to take your proteins? Thanks a lot...keep on doin what you do...you are very inspiring and your videos are so educative. Thanks ;)

  • jennifer is wonderfully fit...whew...i'd date her

  • love how comfortable and natural you are in front of the camera

  • but isn't the Jello stuff bad? I mean doesn't it have a lot of artifical crap in it?

  • @SickOfBeingFat Moderation for everything ; )

  • good to see a woman in her natural habitat

  • @maffia440 LMAO!!!!!! Why, is is unnatural for a woman to be in a gym??

  • @MadeFitTV I think he meant that a women's natural habitat is the kitchen....

  • @CaliGirl438 still think it's a tad offensive, imo, lol!

  • @MadeFitTV haha, agreed!

  • @CaliGirl438 still think it's a tad offensive, imo, lol!

  • 1 frz banana

    1 scoop chocolate protein powder

    3 ice cubes

    8 oz milk

  • shes got awesome arms for a chick!

  • Whey was not intended for Human Consumption, it's a milk intended for feeding calves.....................FACT!

  • @COMP3LLED2KILL That is interesting! Thanks for sharing that. Just another reason why everything should be meant to be consumed in moderation.

  • @MadeFitTV Thanks, appreciated:)

  • @COMP3LLED2KILL where did you get it from? i'd like to read.

  • the 1st one looks better

  • The reason why I said it wasnt a protein drink isbecause the protein powder has to be more dominant than the other ingredients that you put into it and not equal like placing 1 scoop would make it equal to the other ingredients if you put 2 scoops of protein powder that would make it a more dominant protein drink . However it does taste good!!

  • @tubedude101 Really??? A milk shake contains whole milk, ice cream, tons of sugar, and zero nutrients. This shake TASTES like a milkshake, but contains skim milk (not fatty whole milk) fruit, and PROTEIN. It's a win-win because it's nutritious and tastes good. Enjoy!

  • @MadeFitTV I tried it but when I went on my scale I gained a pound!! 1 scoop of protein powder to small I think 2 scoops of protein powder would make it a protein drink.

  • i made this this morning and it was AMAZING! except i used stevia instead of the splenda and it made it taste tooo sweet and weird so im gonna skip that next time. But i LOVE this!!

  • @robynrheaa Good, glad to hear you enjoyed it! I am trying to switch from splenda to stevia but I just can't get into the difference in taste. It reminds me of bug spray, lol! But I am still trying : )

  • i dont even like coffee, but the peanut butter mocha one sounds amazing!

  • where would you buy protein powder? can you get it from any super market?

  • you are very lovely

  • I have a quesiton... My husband and I are going to start more of a life style change than a diet. As much as I would LOVE to look like you we won't be needed to go crazy on protein to build muscles. Is it still ok in make some of your recipes to eat during the day. My husband is a big snacker, if I gave him snacks during the day with protein powder in them would if help him to eat less?

  • @Harnish1102 Thank you for enjoying my videos and recipes! That is such a misconception - protein does not = huge muscles. Protein is very vital in supporting the growth, repair, and the function of muscle. Muscle burns calories, supports our posture, and keeps our bodies strong. All of my recipes are perfect for someone who wants to incorporate healthy potions of protein in their nutrition plan - something EVERYONE is just not getting enough of. So enjoy them all! : )

  • That looks so good, I'm def gonna try it, yummmy.

  • So glad you liked the coffee one because more people tended to prefer chris's over mine : ) Hope you enjoy my other vids -thanks so much for the support!!

  • can you do a review of your blender??? what brand is your blender?

  • It's actually from JC Penney, LOL! They have other brands out there, I believe (the silver bullet on those infomercials) so it's pretty similar. I love it because it is easy to use and clean. I always hated blenders, so when I have a protein shake, I usually just add water, shake it up and slam it LOL!

  • Sure beats my recipe ;) (Water and the protein powder)

  • Yeah, typically that's what I do because I just have no time for the mixing and extra ingredients, LOL!

  • where did you get your blender?? I love the recipes, I haven't tried it yet, but will. thanks.

  • Thanks! They sell those types of blenders at Bed, Bath, & Beyond, JC Penney... it comes with about 6 different cups to makes shakes or crush up toppings.

  • Jenny, are we only doing protein drinks or any type of protein recipe???

  • Protein shake recipe would be great!

  • Awesome..thank you!

  • You're welcome - hope you try them both and implement them into your meal plan : )

  • Thanks so much! I really appreciate the videos you post..I don't normally comment on them (not sure why..hehe), but I do pay attention:) Have a blessed day!

  • One of the main reasons I subscribed to ur channel is for ur recipes. Thnx a lot

  • im lovin the first one

  • A lot of people are favoring Chris's recipe. It is very tasty, so I don't blame you! LOL!
