  • @H3770mynameis Some people call this ''pitter patter''....it is good for fast ground contact....you can do this and move forward more, that is called ''Ankle Stepover'' where you step over the opposite ankle....these are good muscle stiffness and elasticity if done enough.....I'd advise doing this fast feet drill say 3 sets of 10 seconds...and Ankle stepover for 3 x 10m
