salaam. as long as the nasheed, the lyrics of the nasheed praises Allah(swa) and Prophets(pbut), then its considered ok however if musicical instuments as a source of entertainment then that is considered haram. At the end of the day, your intentions are really important because you should think whether by using instuments your going to go astray rather than conveying the message of islam in your nasheeds.

thats just my opinion and the hadiths that i have read, howver Allah(swa) knows best

Music is harm yes but in the sense if it causes you to do unislamic acts. and it is recorded in history that the Holy Prophet do not stop the muslims in madinah when they sang this Nasheed with precuations ( drums of any sort)
